This doe took to raising her little ones in a local cemetery.
Street cats. No standing anytime.

NBC-5 Chicago aired a piece last Sunday night painting Chicago’s urban coyote population as merciless, blood-thirsty killers. they even insinuated putting a bounty on their heads to have them all eradicated.
i wrote an angry letter (email) to them, which i finally finished tonight.
you can read that, in full, below. you can also email them and voice your own disgust. please do. email NBC and tell them journalistic integrity does not have to be dead—though all the Chicago coyotes might be because of it.
Dear NBC 5 Chicago,
I saw the advertisements for “The Coyote Chase” and faithfully set my DVR, hopes high of a positive report about the amazing resurgence of a once-so-maligned creature back into its erstwhile native home—a “welcome back,” of sorts; a reclamation piece.
I know I shouldn’t let my own naïvety get the best of me, particularly when it comes to news and news reports. But, I did.
